At Many Rooms Group Home, as a licensed 245D provider, we offer a range of basic and intensive support services designed to assist individuals with daily living activities.

Our services include homemaking tasks, personal care assistance, toileting support, and other essential needs that ensure a safe and comfortable living environment. We are committed to providing compassionate and reliable support that enhances the well-being of those we serve.

    • Individualized Home Supports (IHS) w/o training

    • Individualized Home Supports (IHS) with training & family training

    • Homemaking

    • Night supervision

    • Respite care, in and out of home

Supportive Apartments / Integrated Community Supports (ICS)

What is ICS?

Many Rooms Group Home offers supportive apartment living (a.k.a Integrated Community Supports or ICS).

Integrated Community Supports (ICS) is a service designed for adults with disabilities who live in apartment-style housing controlled by a provider. This model prioritizes privacy, autonomy, and flexible support based on the person’s goals and needs—allowing individuals to live more independently while still receiving customized assistance.

How We Support:

  • We help develop and implement individualized support plans.

  • Our staff provide on-site assistance with daily living skills, employment goals, health needs, and community engagement.

  • We encourage independence while remaining accessible for meaningful, hands-on support.

ICS is ideal for individuals who are ready to live on their own or with minimal co-tenancy but still need consistent access to supports that promote stability, connection, and personal growth.

    • We have opening for our supportive apartment units at 1740 Willow Street, Faribault, MN at the Elmview II Apartments.
